Abuse / Subpoenas

As Webnii Internet Services LLC is a hosting and server provider, we do not manage the content held on our services. Management of content on our services is the responsibility of our customers or their customers, should our services be resold.

Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

All claims of copyright infringement for material residing on Webnii’s service should be promptly sent via written notice to Webnii Internet Services LLC pursuant to Title II of the Digital Millenium Copyright Act (DMCA). Written notice may be sent to:

All notices of DMCA abuse must include the following details:

  1. Specific description of the copyrighted work which is claimed to have been infringed including specific URLs and details on copyrighted portions.
  2. Sufficient contact information for the complaining party, including, when possible, full name and/or company name, a valid phone number, an email address and a physical mailing address.
  3. A statement of good faith indicating that the material is believed to be negligent of authorization of the copyright owner.
  4. A written or electronic signature of the copyright owner or agent of whome the copyright has allegedly been infringed.

Failure to include all of the above information may result in no action or investigation.

All subpoenas should include detailed, specific information on what is being requested. Information such as specific IP addresses, time and date windows, website domains and disclosure specifying whether or not Webnii may notify its customer is allowed. Contact information should also be included with all subpoena requests. Unless a subpoena explicitly states that the request is to remain confidential, Webnii will notify its customer of the subpoena request.

Webnii respectfully requests to be given at least 14 days to gather information and resources for any subpoena requests.
